Every project below started as a personal exploration, not a paid engagement. We pick public sites that interest us and rebuild them around a single buyer and a single next step, the same way we would for a client.
The work shares a stack and a rhythm. Astro or Next.js on the front end, sub-second LCP on mid-range Android as a hard constraint, and a 2 to 3 week ship cycle from kickoff to live. Most of the lift happens in the first week, before any pixel moves.
Numbers and outcomes below describe what we built and why, not paid client results. When client work ships and clears NDA, we'll publish those case studies here.
